Today we had Caden's 6 month check-up: our little man weighed in at 17lbs, 8 oz and is 26.5 inches long -- both are in the 50th percentile. He got 3 shots and barely cried, he's such a big strong boy. Our Ped said that Caden is looking great and right on target with all his developmental milestones! We did learn that he's not teething yet. What we have thought is the corner of his first tooth is actually a cyst - oh well, first time parent mistake. It can cause pain, which explains some of his fussiness.
Our monkey's chunky little legs are getting strong and he loves to stand.
And our big boy is also learning to sit-up. On Saturday he spent some time chilling on the couch with daddy.
This toy is suppose to help Caden learn to crawl. It makes noise as the monkey balances on top of the ball, enticing the baby to crawl after it. Tonight he decided to tackle the monkey.
